At Cozy Moon, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

After reviewing your claim, we may offer a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.
